Benaur Law LLC is currently engaged in a litigation on behalf of Lake Holding & Finance S.A. in state court in Miami, Florida, involving enforcement of certain Moscow Court Judgments against debtor Mikhail Belyak in the total amount of over $36 million. On October 6, 2020, the Court entered the annexed order entering a Final Judgment against Mr. Belyak. We are continuing our work together with local counsel Robert Hantman, Esq. of Hantman & Associates, and Eric Assouline, Esq. and Greg Popowitz, Esq. of Assouline & Berlowe, P.A., in connection with this case.
